NOT AN EASY WAY TO STAY IN TOUCH
Difficult to understand even when I do get through. Lack of resolution. Still having problems getting into My Virgin Media after a year of trying.

NO CALL FOR IT ?
Could someone please tell me why Tesco has decided that many items that were good sellers and always sold out quickly are no longer to be sold in their stores in Swansea.
1. Own brand Organic bread.
2. Long Life cream.
3. Milk powder in a bottle.
4. Own brand value crisps R.S. 12 pk. (rarely available)
I have a list of items not available because Tesco has decided that we Welsh shouldn't be able to buy them.
Luckily there is a Sainsbury's fairly close to Tesco Swansea Marina.
What's your response Tesco?

NOT A GOOD START AT ALL !
I placed my first order last week. Three items 1. A pair of shoes. 2. A handbag. 3. A tumble dryer.
The shoes and bag arrived within days of ordering. I received a phone call telling me that the tumble dryer would be delivered on 3rd January and that I would receive a phone call the day before to let me know the time-slot for delivery.
I have waited in all day for the phone call. I phoned Very at about 4-30pm and was told that the tumble dryer is out of stock and will not be delivered tomorrow.
Why wasn't I informed about the item being out of stock when I placed my order? Why couldn't Very phone me to inform me that the item would not be delivered as promised?
If I had been told at the time of placing my order that the item may not be available for delivery, then I would have had the choice of ordering an alternative.
Very, you have let me down..............
