I have placed many orders with this company and while despatch is often very slow and they advertise items they have no stock of, I have always lived with this but now they have gone too far. I ordered a calendar, they sent it to me in a box that was over 2 inches too short so they just shoved it in and the cardboard ripped and creased meaning I was unable to give it as a gift as intended. To cut a very long story short , I sent photos, returned the item and sent 10+ emails to there awful 'customer services' before they would refund the £2.69. Yes £2.69. They have now lost a regular customer, I could not trust them with future more expensive orders.
First time using Shiply and as with anything on the internet you have to keep your fingers crossed that things are as they seem especially when things seem too good to be true.
I was bidding on something from Ebay and the seller recommended Shiply. It is so easy to use you put the item I.D in shiply and all the details from Ebay are imported to the Shiply site and then you simply wait for people to submit quotes (I had 5). After winning auction you accept quote and the company I used Sagrico emailed me straight away collected the item from seller the next day giving 1 hour collection slot, and then the following day delivered item to me also giving 1 hour delivery slot.
I can not recommend highly enough I will definitely use again
I have sent over 10 emails to there 'customer service' department as I should of received my gift in February and I keep being told its been sent or it will be sent but every time I ask for a confirmation it has been sent I get fobbed off and now 21st June (4 1/2 months later) I receive an email to say they have had problems sourcing gift and it will be sent today. This is really not good enough and who knows if they are telling the truth this time or if I will have to wait another 4 1/2 months.
What is wrong with honesty if they didn't have the gift 4 1/2 months ago say that and then keep the customer informed on when the gift will be received that would of been fine but lying to customers is just wrong and I do not feel you even deserve the 1 star rating. BEWARE
Excellent hassle free transaction. Placing my order with Joseph he was polite, friendly and very helpful. The day before delivery I received a confirmation phone call with 3 hour delivery slot, and the delivery driver phoned to say he would be with me in 20 minutes and then was very helpful with unpacking the fridge freezer and positioning it for me. I am more than pleased with the fridge freezer itself it is just what I wanted, and I can't thank Ultimate Appliances enough with the pleasant and professional service they offered, I have already recommended them to family members.
