AVIOD THIS COMPANY
I too have shared the same experience with this company about the payback deals. We have 3 mobiles with them and for the first 2 months we got the pay back then it stopped after complaining several times we got it after 3 months then it stopped again and we are now owed for 4 months. I have complained on the phone and via email but to no avail. I don't agree that T Mobile don't share the blame here as Business Mobile are acting on T Mobiles behalf and selling their products. For companies who are owed money Invoke the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 and start charging them compensation and interest and take them to the small claims court. We will. We will also be refering them to the local trading standards office. Don't trade with them

Outstanding service
I was rather late in ordering a bath robe for christmas. The company delivered the item in time and it's recipient is very happy with it. The whole buying process was easy, service was great and product was excellent quality. What more can you ask for!
