The process of setting up the job, receiving the bids and choosing the supplier was very easy and fast to complete. Their on line help/chat is a great feature as well as their system for displaying the credentials of the van drivers and the services they provide.

Well it would be if you could enter a zero rating. Yet another "next day" guarantee delivery from Amazon that has not materialised. Yet for some reason Amazon continue to use this HDNL. Amazon were due to deliver 3 packages to my address today. Two arrived via other couriers and true to form HDNL missed their delivery.They were the only courier due to deliver the next day Guaranteed delivery goods. I have spent all day at home waiting for these guys. If you can possibly avoid doing so then DO NOT USE under any circumstance.
The same happened to me back in September with the same delivery company. Clearly Amazon does not have strict quality standards when it comes to assessing delivery companies performance capabilities.

This was the first time I have used 3D Broadcast and I was impressed with both the service I received and their knowledge of the market. I would not hesitate to recommend them based on this one transaction.
I placed an order on the 12th of December 2011.Canon EOS 7 + Lense worth some GBP 2000. The company took my money on 16th December. I was expecting them to deliver within their then advertised time estimate of 2 - 8 Business days which would have been in time for Christmas.
They provide no real information in their late responses to numerous emails. When I did eventually get through to customer service ( I could write a lengthy tome about that frustrating 10 hour process) they told me initially that my order was being dealt with and to wait for the email confirming despatch. After further calls they blamed the Courier for not picking up my goods and on the 23 December sent me an email to say they could not deliver before Christmas but would offer some compensation and promote my order to next day delivery.
Then after Christmas they offered GBP 10 by way of compensation. Still no sign of delivery. A further response to another email with the excuse for non delivery now changed to high volume of orders..it is now Jan 3 and no sign of my goods or confirmation of despatch.
They now quote 2-4 business days as their target delivery lead time.
The goods have always shown on their web site as being in stock throughout this period.
