Unable to get exchange rate correct
$0.69 in the USA, £0.69 in the UK.
USDollar for GBPound is not the right rate apple .. :-((((
Hence why I do not purchase music from Apple for my iTunes library.

Took payment immediately, 2 days to refund
Listed as iPad2 refurbished, purchased, delivered iPad1 refurbished changed listing to iPad1 after delivery. cost £26 to return the item, so out of pocket nearly £50 for an incorrect listing, then took 2 days after receiveing goods to refund the mone back to my paypal account.
VERY Poor customer service, incorrect listings, poor poor poor is all I can say.

Great value, friendly service & Superb customer service.
I bought some memory off the website and there was a slight confusion on my behalf as to when it was being delivered. I emailed their customer service and they telephoned me on a sunday to speak to me personally rather than robotic email. The chap was really helpful and when the items turned up they were exactly what I ordered. Definatel a great site and service that I would use again over another ebuyering site!

I am sorry that the information on our website was incorrect and that you therefore received the wrong product. When you receive a non conform product you are of course entitled to a full refund. This also includes a refund of the original shipping costs and the returns costs.
I have just asked our Accounts Department to issue a refund of the original shipping costs. In order for me to be able to request a refund of the returns costs, I will however need you to send me a copy of the post receipt.
