Good service,poor product.
We bought a Rocket E10 scooter for our daughters Christmas present, on delivery the scooter required assembly,this was not easy due poorly translated instructions and a fault with the seat stem, this was quickly resolved by Fun4kids even though I had to email them as there was an answer machine advising that they were too busy to answer phone enquiries. I am concerned with the quality of the product, it is very poorly made with cross threaded screws and stickers that we're not stuck down properly amongst other issues, I am not expecting it to last very long because of this. Overall I am happy with the service from the shop but would not recommend the product. I am surprised if its meets the minimum safety standards forbtoys set by trading standards.
