I've been scammed!!

This company took my money 6 weeks ago and I still have not received my goods or a refund. I was told after 2 weeks of waiting that they had no stock and were expecting it that week. After another 2 weeks of asking for a refund they said they now had stock and did I want it sending. I am still waiting for either the goods or a refund another 2 weeks later. You cannot leave a message on their telephone number given on their website as it is a message only. So I don't think I am going to get my goods or a refund as they are ignoring my e-mails. I am reporting them to www.actionfraud.org.uk and Consumer Direct on 0845 404 0506. I hope I can get my money back via my bank. Do not use this company, they are definitely NOT So special.
