excellent service

We use Parcelforce daily for our deliveries of about 20 parcels a week and also collections, over the past 4 years we have only had to make about three claims for dammages and no lost parcels.
As i would expect the dont get it right every time but its very rare there is a mistake.
Previously we used City link but we could not afford the losses any more and the insurance was a joke in the end we did not pay the bills as they we behind with over £2k worth of claims of which we have never received to this day.
Keep up the excellent service Parcelforce.
