Placed the order and recieved a "Marked as shipped" shortly afterwards. After nothin from the carrier for the following 2 days I emailed "firstname.lastname@example.org" to chase up asking for the tracking details so I could contact TNT the delivery company they emailed it had been dispatched with.
Homcom didn't bother to reply to my email and didn't answer the phone, finally the day after I manged to get through to them only to be told that they had no stock of the product even though they hadn't bothered to inform me and were still taking new orders on the website.
