Terrible company

Theyv are terrible don't deliver when they say they will. No contact as there customer service has no phone ( wonder why) I now don't order if I know they are the delivery people. Yodel are just the same horrible cheap nasty company both of them

This is the worst company I have used and try not to order anything if this company is the delivery . The reason companies use them is because they are cheap. It's all down to money not customer service now

Worst customer service yesterday at the Oxford street branch. Is there any point in complaining?

I went to the Oxford street branch yesterday and after shopping at Debenhams for 35 years and spending lots of money I was appalled at this branch customer service yesterday. First time this has ever happened to me. Is there any point in complaints?
