Unclear selling fees

After using ebay for a number of years to make purchases I decided to sell something.
They charged a fee to list the item, which I expected, but they didnt make it clear what so ever that they were going to charge on sale of the item 10%!! how crazy is that? how/why does anyone sell anything on ebay.
I tried to contact ebay and they just send automated replies and ignore you.
Worst company ever
I wont be using ebay in future for anything.


Excellent - Very fast

Ordered some Audio Technica headphones yesterday afternoon (about 2:30pm).
They arrived first thing this morning via signed parcel force (free delivery!)
Price was matching all competitors + Free delivery and they had the item in stock.
Would strongly recommend.
Only minor thing I would say is that they didnt notify to say the item had been dispatched.


Great service

Ordered a lab coat yesterday at about 3PM and was on my desk by this morning.
Very cheap and efficient.


Dont deliver and bad service

I have ordered a number of times from ebuyer.

A number of times items have arrived faulty. They then take ages replacing the item.

I also most recently ordered an item and specifically paid for next day delivery. They did not send it and didnt even know they had the order until I called and asked them where it was. They said they had internal faults

I wont be using ebuyer again

The turnaround time for a replacement item is 3-5 working days from when we receive the faulty item back in our warehouse, this is also advised on our website so I apologise if your replacements took longer.
