Not impressed with delivery

This was my first trial order with this company as I usually use Next Day Coffee, I cannot review the coffee as my order hasnt arrived as yet 3 days later. I pay same with Next Day Coffee and even during peak periods such as Christmas time my order has been delivered either next day or the day after it has never been more than two days. Sorry but I wont be using this company again I give one chance only.

Excellent quality but customer service needs an overhaul

We all make mistakes and I made a mistake by sending an unedited print to Pixum for printing. The two photos I had on my desktop were similar and it was my fault that I clicked on the unedited one for sending. I noticed it immediately after I sent it and quickly emailed them to tell them of my mistake. I got an email back the next day to say once you send the order it cannot be cancelled. I would imagine local trading standards would have something to say about that. Fortunately, it was only 22 pence but it could have been a more expensive canvas etc. Therefore beware, make 100% sure you send the correct images or you will still be charged. Apart from that the quality of the product is very good

Charterhouse

Extremely professional, very reliable company, product simply first class

I bought a 7 corals and a conch from Charterhouse Aquatics and to say I am impressed would be an understatement. I asked them to mark each bag with the coral name as I was splitting them with my son and sure enough each bag was clearly identified. The size of the corals were larger than expected and well bagged and protected with heat packs etc. Comes with a set of climatisation instructions for those who are new to this and these are well laid out and easy to follow. Having bought corals from other companies I have to say Charterhouse Aquatics towers above them all. All of the corals were open within 15 minutes of being placed in the aquarium

It was not just the product but the whole buying experience

The above caption says it all really. I found the browsing of the website so easy and very well laid out without too much clutter. Finding the product I wanted was a breeze on Mobilefun and the quality of the service was just first class. I was kept well informed of when the item would be dispatched and equally when it was dispatched. For an item to arrive next day using first class post is just brilliant although I do understand it is out of the company's hands once the courier gets hold of it. I ordered around 3pm and my item arrived next morning. This company not only look professional, they are professional and I would recommend them to anyone and in fact have already done so. Its a fact of life that mistakes can and will be made no matter how good a company is however I think I would rather it happened with a company I could trust who will undoubtedly sort it out in a timely manner. Use Mobilefun, you wont regret it

unbelievably fast

I sent my mobile Saturday afternoon and I was astonished to find payment was in my account by Monday afternoon. I wish all companies operated like this maybe then this country would be a better place. Other companies take note and learn something.

I could have walked with it faster

This has to be the poorest delivery company to grace this planet. I ordered an item on 29th December and got an email to say it would be delivered to me on the 30th December. I checked the tracking on the 30th and it had not even reached their delivery depot which was only 20 miles from their hub. I live 40 miles from the company who sent me the item. I called DPD and they said it would not be delivered until Tuesday 3rd Jan no reason given. Tuesday came and went with still no delivery, OK it was stormy that day so I could forgive them for that as many of the bridges were closed. However, no information sent to me whatsoever about the delivery it finally arrived Wednesday at 4:40 pm. Is it no wonder this country is going down the pan when we have to deal with incompetent companies like that. God help us. Whatever you do dont use this lot
