Bought my husband xmas gifts online called the help desk and was told if not suitable take them back to your local american golf shop they will call head office and a credit would be made to my account. However although the web site says that,you in fact take the things to american golf and they send them back and you wait at least 7-10 days and could be even longer the acting manager karis on the help line seems to spend her time disagreeing with any correspondence either by phone or email. I did have one helpful person however took goods back on 26th December told today (4th January) could be another few days. GO ELSE WHERE
