This is a very reliable and well-established business. Other reviews mention their unbeatable prices and outstanding service and I can only echo that; I was really glad to find not only another rock-solid online experience but also the founders of Berghaus!
Do trust this company and do buy from here!
Occassionally a good buy but normally outpriced by rivals such as John Lewis and Amazon - this is a good start if you have a company account however!
The website is a better experience than the shops (please, not the shop!!) but a clunky navigational map hinders a speedy search.
Brilliant website that does exactly what it says - but at a premium. There is a mammoth choice available and the ability to set reminders is a stroke of genius and cards are delivered with efficiency and accuracy.
Good for the occassional buy!
There is no better way to shop online, as there is a very strong customer service backup and outstanding value. This knocks eBay into a cocked hat, as deals are often cheaper and there is no waiting for an auction to end. Free delivery seals the deal.
Cannot fault this company for its range of items or its speedily delivery. This is a definite competitor to Amazon, albeit with no second-hand aspect to the offerings (but the value is still there).
High quailty news website that offers an unrivalled scale of content. Extremely effective at what it does.
Very powerful, with cool beta things to find and a quick solution to many, many enquries. Who can match this at the moment?!
Items seem to be out of date before the catalogue's print had dried and shops that are nasty and straight from a laminate flooring showroom. At least I didn't have to go near Elizabeth Duke!
People seem to cram into Tesco to the point of delusion and it seems that this has affected the quality of their goods. Fresh produce on sale today in the Fleets (Poole) branch was poor - it looked like an awful display so perhaps the crowds had got to it before I had!
There is no better shopping experience either online or on the high street!
The company has a superb price match guarantee but it is their customer service that has lured us back (happily) for years. We have found items cheaper on internet sites but John Lewis's own guarantees are better than most and in-store advisors are always able to help (not just willing to help either - an important difference!).
EBay can still hold great bargains and good service - I have bought and sold for nine years - but people must use caution. Simple tips like never selling to buyers with poor feedback, selling with well-written ads and then buying only from trusted sellers make all the difference. You must do your homework before shopping or selling!
A faultless buy that was with me the next day - how did that happen?! - and a product that was 50% less than my local garden centre.
This is online shopping as it should be; reliable, fast, secure and exceptional value.
