Had a good experience.
Had a FREE upgrade so went to upgrade my phone. T-Mobile offered me only £100 off the new phone however the staff at Carephone Warehouse used a trick and got me the phone completely FREE. Thanks guys. James.

Great Product, Great Service.
Ordered with EU over the holiday period and the postal office lost my order. I contacted EU and they told me not to worry they will re-ship my order to me Express Mail FREE of CHARGE. The order was dispatched on Monday and I got it this morning. What a great service. I do advise paying extra for the Express Mail service as you can track the parcel to your doorstep. James.
