ordered online a pair of shoes to collect in store.email arrived a week later to say they were ready for collection.collected the shoes in store and refunded straight away as they did not fit. I paid by gift card so they supposedly refunded back to my gift card. checked my balance a couple of days later but no refund. went back to the store and they said they couldn't do anything and that I had to ring customer services. each time I ring I am put on hold for over 30mins with no answer.eventually got through but told me to wait after the new year before they will even investigate! if the person had done their job properly in the first place I wouldn't need to ring expensive numbers without any result! more than 3
weeks later still have not received a refund. terrible customer service and transferring to departments to make you wait another 30 mins on the phone.
