I received my items on time, to my surprise my shirt was damaged and there were stains on it, neither was it an Alexander Dobell shirt. I was told that a replacement product will be provided and arrive ASAP and there must have been a mistake in the warehouse. The new shirt arrived the next day and it was in good condition. However it wasn't an Alexander Dobell shirt. When I enquired about this, I was told that the Alexander Dobell Shirt was out of stock so an alternative was sent. Why not update the website if a product is out of stock? Or even let the customer know before processing the order through?

Customer Service: Poor (had to be on hold while the representative thought about what to say)
