Paid £3.95 for next day delivery on two separate transactions, items were not received next day.
The outcome from the customer service team, apologising for the carrier service not delivering, but offering a free voucher for £3.95 for next order, when I expressed this would not suffice, they then gave me a choice or either 10% off my next order or the voucher, a little like ..."like it or lump it"!
I cannot believe they are treating customers this way, it is a shame because the products themselves I haven't got a bad thing to say about. Customer Service however, not even a courtesy call, back and forth with emails!
