I recently ordered a selection of items for a television and audio installation that I am working on ... Tradeworks had all the items that I required and at a very competitive price so I placed an order. The items arrived within a few days but a few items were not as initially described on the website.
I contacted the company via email and received a timely reply stating that their suppliers had changed the specification of the product without informing them. As a good will gesture Tradeworks allowed me to keep the items that I had already received (to find a use for) and also sent out some suitable replacement items free of charge.
They have since updated the website with the new specification of the product - great customer service
