I shop 3-4 times per week at the Leighton Buzzard store, and have done so for the last 2 years.
On average, I am unable to get approximately 30% of the items on my shopping list as they are out of stock (across the range -not just the offers). I see the same scene most times I visit the store - the shelves are as empty as they are full. Surely Morrisons would be more profitable if they were able to have what customers need on the shelves.
Otherwise the staff are mostly friendly and helpful, the store is clean and tidy, and parking is easy.
The website states an estimated 24 hours to dispatch, 2-3 working days to deliver, in a 'signed for', boxed, anonymous package.
Had to call after 3 working days to find out why it wasn't even dispatched. They apologised and promised to send that afternoon. Wasn't dispatched until the next day.
Item was not 'boxed'. It could barely fit in the buble wrap envelope it was sent in and that had come open during transit. Highly embarrassing when delivered to my work. Was sent through the post, not signed-for (as stated).
This company have very good prices, but failed to deliver on any of their promises. Very poor service.

I ordered a book online to be delivered to Leighton Buzzard store. The online status was that they HAD THEM IN STOCK and would be delivered to the store in 5-7 working days. I chased up the store 3 times, but their response was "it's nothing to do with them, it's the online people". I contacted the 'online people' only to be told they never had the item in stock and have no idea when they are getting them in.
In summary; online stock status is a lie, no order updates emailed through, no continuity with the high street stores they are supposed to be delivered to. I will be 'voting with my feet'.
