I tried to book online on the 2nd of January but the website went down, before giving me a booking reference, just a message saying this rarely happens. However the cost of the flights had come out of my PayPal account. It took six days, several e-mails and a phone call, on a premium rated line, to sort out the booking. To date no apology has been offered.
I hope the flight is better than the customer services and the booking arrangements.
