Firstly in 2012 they lost a bed frame and a matress!
Now christmas goods gone missing worth £250.
Called their customer services department, was told to drive to the local depot (40 miles away!!) as my parcel was ready for collection.
Took almost an hours drive there to be told we'd been misinformed, the parcel is missing.
Now the company we bought from do not stock the goods any more.
This company should be shut down now. Terrible service is usual.
I've never managed to order from this company.
I've always been tempted by their shoes which cost only £5 but then you end up paying £8 postage on them! They work out just as expensive as buying shoes from any normal high street store.
Also never bought clothes, I LOVE their clothes but they're far too small for me.
since when is a size 10-12 LARGE?!
Lol large is usally a size 18 or 20.
So very disappointed cos their stuff looks great.
Hope they do bigger sizes soon.

After 9 weeks, still no delivery.
Ive lost an entire weeks pay, taken 6 days off work for all these delivery dates which yet none have been sucessful.
Mattress was due tomorrow, just received a phone call from Yodel to tell me my bed will not be arriving tomorrow as agreed.
You should look into having a different handling agent considering theyve lost my mattress, TWICE.
I am DISGUSTED with this company.
I think it's time WatchDog were in informed of your incapabilites.
