Where would we be without them!
Can't begin to remember the days when to get any information about anything you had to trundle down to your local library and rummage through the outdated dusty tombs in their reference section.

Tesco
Still waiting for a reply
Wrote to Tesco asking where my extra Clubcard points were as per their Christmas products promotion and am still waiting for a reply a week later.
Their customer service is extremely poor.

Prompt delivery and courteous customer service
Goods ordered were received promptly and well-packaged. One small item in a pack of 4 was defective - no fault of UK Water Features - but this was replaced by return.
Would have no hesitation in recommending them.
