Really top notch service

Did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, for the price they agreed with a smile and great care. Can't ask for more!

Dont buy from them they plague you by email afterwards

Really good to begin with but now inundated with emails surveys asking me to rate them I rated the first time but now its just annoying!!!!!!!!!!

I am really sorry if our email system has sent you several emails, I will fully admit we do intentionally send the review email, to make sure we are doing everything the best we can.

It is completely unacceptable that you have been bombarded with emails, this is not our normal practice and I will have it investigated as to why this has happened.

Here at we believe in offering the best customer service possible, I am glad to read that you think we are really good, up until the issues with the email being multiply sent.

I am so disappointed this issue has tainted, what appears to be an order which meets our very high standards, with you ordering online on the 15th and delivering your new dishwasher the next day, including disconnecting the old one, installing your new one and recycling the old dishwasher.

I can confirm I have asked our IT team to remove your email address, normally this can take up to 48 hours.

I hope that on reflection of our service up until the emails issue, we are able to restore your faith in as the best domestic appliance company in the UK.

Poor quality and poor value for money

The pictures on the site are a bit misleading. Accessories shown are not included. The actual pieces delivered were pretty poor quality and for the cost do not represent value for money, really no more than £3 or £4 worth of material and effort used. I won't be back
