I have bought many items from this company, the most of which have been business cards, and I have never had a problem. They have excellent customer service skills.

Sells cheap, faulty goods they try not to replace
This company is awful, they sell faulty goods, then phone and tell you a replacement is available, making you drive all the way to the shop, only to find nobody knows what you are talking about!
And getting a refund was really difficult too

Absolutely terrible
I wanted to order my item from there web site, but the link didn't work, so I sent them an e-mail letting them know. 4 days later I received a reply telling me the product was in stock and I could phone them and order the item. So I phoned them and was told it was in stock and the payment was taken.
5 days later I received an e-mail telling me they could not fulfil my order due to the item suddenly being out of stock!! and that my payment would be refunded, 1 week later and I am still waiting for the refund.
So at the moment I have no item and no money!
Avoid them at all costs!
