i ordered a mixer from the online shop, it came from the manchester branch, it didnt work at all, when i telephoned them they offered to pay the postage and original price of the goods if i returned them, as i didnt pay alot for the goods, it would have cost me more to send the item back and then would have had to wait until it had been checked before getting my refund. they didnt apologise for sending faulty goods and just explained they would eventuly refund the costs, they were not at all interested in my complaint, please stay away from this website.
