The website told me exatly what I needed for my particular computer, the price was as good as anyone else online, I ordered about 4pm and it arrived in the north of Scotland next day. What more could anyone want? Well done Mr Memory, and well done too Royal Mail!
These guys are great - have all the bits to repair an appliance for a few quid when Comet etc would just take £100s to seel you a new one. Website is good and even states whether the part is genuine or a third-party replacement. Used then several times, only once was delivery more than a couple of days (to Scottish Islands) so they score well there too.
Will undoubtedly use again (next time something goes wrong), but hopefully not too soon!
Bought a new Vito 3 years ago. After 2.5 years/20,000 miles, the rear brakes siezed solid, due to corroded sliders. Took it back to the dealer for repair under warranty and got a bill for £366. Apparently the brakes are not included in the warranty, even for a malfunction. Contacted Mercedes UK, who said yes, the dealer was correct the brakes are not covered by the warranty, even for a malfunction, as they are a "wearing part".
This is my first ever Mercedes - needless to say it will also be my last.
I have used this company many, many times. As a few others have said, it would be good if they had a wider range, especially more high-end stuff. But if they have what you want, they will deliver it fast, and usually cheaper than screwfix. On the odd occaision when something has gone wrong, customer service has always been very quick to sort things out.
Yes, they do sell a few very cheap items, but you get what you pay for - where ever you shop.
Very good prices, and everything supposedly in stock, but still took a week to arrive - ordered 7am Thursday morning but didn't even get the "goods despatched" email until the following Tuesday, so a little slow to send - but well done to Royal Mail for delivering it to northern Scotland on the Thursday.
That said, everything turned up in good condition so I will happily use again in future, just not for emergencies!
Just used these guys again - goods in stock (so it said), but took 4 days to get an "order on its way" mail, and another week before the stuff arrived. I have a friends in the Cambridge area, and Royal Mail regularly carry stuff in both directions in 2 days, even parcel post, so I'm not sure what's going on. But delivery apart, the range of goods is good, as are the prices, so I will keep using them. If the website just said "allow 7 days for delivery" I'd give them 5 stars!
Used to be my one-stop-shop, but since the Kingfisher (B&Q) takeover prices have gone through the roof. Guess they don't want to take business from B&Q.
On the upside, service is still good, but now it's always worth checking toolstation et al as someone else will usually have the same thing cheaper.

Heavy duty gate fitting really are heavy duty - not like some other websites!
Pricing is good & free delivery to the Highlands is a big plus.
