Shopped around online for a rug retailer and came across The Rug House as they were highly visible in Search rankings. Huge selection of rugs, all organised into categories for easy shopping. Good pictures and descriptions, which helped my purchase decision even though I was overall unsure about the wisdom of purchasing a rug online as we were going for quite a large one for the living room. Normally I would have liked to touch/feel/see a purchase like this in store but despite browsing the usual high-street stores online, I didn't find anything close enough to what I was looking for. Pricing on Rug House is great too, and they do many more synthetic options than the high street stores, which I preferred as wool irritates my nose.
Contacted customer service to ask for some guidance prior to purchasing, and received prompt responses. Rug dispatched reasonably quick after purchase and delivered in good shape. Happy with the item and would buy again if I ever needed another rug!
Re-visited Sportingbet recently and surprised by the number of changes on the site. Everything looks much cleaner and less cluttered now, with access to the links I need more sensibly laid out. Bets are easy to find and place, and happy enough with the process of withdrawing winnings. Especially great odds for horseracing!
First time I tried to get rid of a broken laptop this way. Quotation process was straightforward via TechnologyPlanet. I requested quotes from 2 other companies at the same time but the others were 'automated' responses whilst TP sent me a 'proper' email - refreshing, for a change!
Mainly for this reason, I went with TP and followed the instructions clearly provided in the email on how to send the laptop over to them. My only tiny gripe was I couldn't find any post office selling a packaging box for £1 (it was more like £4), so I think it would be better if this price wasn't listed as a guide.
I was only able to post my laptop off a week before Christmas, so expected to wait a bit before receiving any response. However, when I emailed Mr Henderson just to check if the laptop arrived, he was still quick to update me with a status. Throughout the process, he was prompt at communicating, despite the long festive holiday.
I opted for payment via BACS and was updated via email when this was done. All in all, pretty straightforward process and I'm glad we had the option to sell our broken laptop as opposed to chucking it in the landfill, which would have been more hassle and less rewarding!
