Great service as usual.

Ordered goods on the 27th Dec with an estimated delivery of two weeks. Found a parcel on my doorstep 2 days later with my goods inside. Brilliant service. Only problem the courier hadnt knocked door or rung bell and had just left the parcel at the door and it wasn't until another delivery arrived did I notice the Amazon parcel.

But still great service and heppy to shop again with


Brilliant service, but why start sale in early hours of morning?

I ordered a fleece jacket at the Christmas sale which started at about 1am in the morning of the 27th Dec. Knowing what it was like last year I stayed up to make sure I got my order in. Why on earth start it at that time of the morning??

Despite this minor annoyance, the order was despatched and arrived on my doorstep within 2 days. Great service. Thank you Rohan.


Excellent service

I ordered some Lovelink charms from Goldsmiths late evening on Boxing Day and I was delighted (as was the missus) that they turned up on the Wednesday morning after receiving a text from the courier stating they would deliver between 8am and 5pm that day. Credit to the courier too as he rung the door bell at 08:30 with the packet. Fantastic service by both companies (sorry I cant remember the courier name)


Zero stars actually

To say this company has poor customer service is an insult to poor customer service- it's actually far worse than poor. I ordered Harry Potter Lego Diagon Alley for my 6 year old son using his Christmas money on the 1st of january and recieved confirmation of my order that same day. Three days later I receive an email cancelling my order and giving me a refund (the only thing I'm happy about at the moment) saying they no longer had any stock. When I checked the website they were advertising the lego set, but at an increased price. I called customer services to be told that when i ordered it was only a promotional stock, that there was none left and because it was Xmas they didnt have staff available to change the website. I then wrote an email asking for a full explanation as to why they were not honouring my confirmed order they stated that the new stock was from a different supplier at a different cost and they couldn't offer me the product and absorb the cost difference. Poor excuse in my book as I ordered the product in good faith according to the advert on their website - hardly my fault they can't get their advertising sorted during the busiest time of the year for online shopping. Needless to say I think they are shoddy, misleading, dishonourable and a disgrace to customer services. I will never reccomend this company and they will never get a penny of my hard earned money. POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR WORSE THAN POOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
