Wrong delivery, too late, mediocre quality/service.

I pre-ordered The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim from thehut. The price was somewhat cheap compared to other companies. That's why I chose TheHut.

After one month after the release I had still not received the item. I contacted customer service and they took almost three days to even respond to that instead of the 'one day' period in which they claim to respond.

After filling in a form, they supposedly sent me the game again. Eventually I received the game almost two months after the release date.

The package I received was very unprotected and exposed. It was just a little cardboard box just around the DVD case which would break easily.

So I finally had my game. But the problem is: it was the wrong version. I pre-ordered Skyrim, so I should have gotten the pre-order version with the 'premium' quality map. However, what I got was a regular version.

I decided to leave it at that because I don't want any more hustle with the company. I advice anyone not to buy anything here. Unless you want cheap quality for a cheap price.
