Got review before item
Price was good, but so far not received item.
Ordered on 2nd, got email to say despatched on 5th, but UPS tracker says parcel not yet received by them, only lable has been ordered, this on the 7th.
Poor service, would think twice before ordering again.
Just read reply below. Item was posted from Malaga on the 9th pm.
I was told it was posted on the 5th and then told later that they were unable to access stock for 2days.
Was the wrong colour when it arrived, no one advised me of this.
All I wanted was for them to do what they promised, to tell me to use express next time is laughable!
Having read the new comment posted, it is obvious that the company do not read my comments properly or choose to ignore them!
I repeat - the item was not posted to me when they said it had been, and I was fobbed off when i enquired why this was the case.
UPS managed to deliver within 24 hrs when they received the package.
As for contact, my answerphone works fine.

I stand by what I stated, UPS tracking shows item was received by them on the 9th.

The delivery method you had chosen for your order was the normal shipping 5-8 workingdays. Your order took 6 days to be delivered, counting from the day you placed it.
You placed your order on the 2nd of January and it was signed for by yourself on the 10th of January. This means that everything went smoothly and you received your order within 5-8 days as promised on website.
If you want a faster service, next time you could choose express instead of normal delivery.

The order was completed on the 5th and delivered on the 10th. That is 6 workingdays, still in time for the shipping method you chose.
Regarding the color, I must apologize if you didn't receive the color you had ordered, but we do have records of trying to phone you without any luck.
After all, what's important is the function and not the colour. If you were not satisfied with the colour you could have contacted us and we would have changed it for you.

We just sent you a copy of the UPS proof of delivery for your order. There you can perfectly see that your order was sent on the 5th of January, as we told you.
