Another company that were offering £81 for my phone lowered their offer to £30 due to what they said was excessive damage to the casing. There wasnt at all! There were a few scratches to the case. I sent it to fonebank and they offered me £75 and transferred the cash to my account the day after.
From start to finish we received outstanding customer service from Kevin; calling and emailing when he said he would and providing a more competitive rate than other providers. Great knowledge about resort and gave full and informative information re all aspects of travel.
