Parcel supposed to be here on 5th still waiting, havent even tried to deliver, just decided that they cant deliver to my address and have had the common decency to phone or email me too tell me. I cannot believe that anyone company could do this. HDNL should be embarrassed to have 'Putting the customer 1st' on their truck, because they obviously dont care!
