It's now 3 months from date of order. I was first told it had been sent, then it was delayed because of Bank Holiday and now no explanation of non-delivery, no offer of refund. The same story, I phoned nine times, not one call returned, no emails, now their web advertised phone no. does not accept incoming calls. How can this be called 'Customer Service' in any sense? And don't say this is being addressed, because it clearly isn't.
My credit card was charged on the day of order to 21st Century Staple & Nail Co Ltd, (of which Davro was a trading name) which was dissolved over a month earlier (ref: Companies House), so there are serious doubts about the legality of their trading status. Trading Standards have been informed and are very interested to pursue the company due to the number of very unhappy customers and what can only be seen as a fraudulent operation. I'm now starting legal proceedings through the Small Claims Court to recover my costs.
