Not worth the hassle
They point blank refuse partial refunds (Groupon error with a money off code they sent me which they didnt honour). They offered credit which still has not been added to my account. I have been chasing this since before Christmas. Poor communication, poor resolution. Once they have your money they wont give it back. Shocking.

I have ordered a range of products (calendars/prints/canvas/cards/photobooks) many times from this site. The service I have received is second to none. Items are delivered quickly, well packaged and of great quality. Customer service sorted out any issues quickly and to my satisfaction (damage to canvas and photobook - items reprinted and sent asap at no further cost to me). I would recommend photobox 100%.

no issues but products not quite what I expected
I ordered 2 childrens toys and a trio of earings (gifts). The products arrived when expected, were packaged well and were a good price compared to a web search before purchase. The toys were smaller that I imagined they would be (no dimensions given on site) and the earings were not quite the quality I thought they would be. Overall though pleased with products and I will still give as gifts. I would order from Achica again
