I've used Waitrose for some time hoping they would improve, no such luck. I am not surprised to see so many bad reports. Almost every week I had to send something back, bad sell by dates, bread crushed and unusable, meat half the size asked for, the list go's on. I seen their advert on tv last night about how they carefully pick your order, what a joke.
I had a bad experience at the Liberty bounds pub in London, It was a real bad breakfast, cheap I suppose but I would have prefered to have paid more and been able to eat it. To date I have sent two letters of complaint and not heard a thing back, time to give up I think.
This company has no customer service skills whatsoever. I have an induction hob which is just over two years old and useless(just out of garantee) the price I paid I thought it might have lasted a little longer. When I telephoned the company the response was, hard luck it will cost you £177 for us to come and look at it. I don't think so I'll buy a new one first and rest assured it will not be de dietrich. If you search reviews on google you will find other complaints like this. Dreadful company
