Missguided

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING

I placed an order on 30th November on next day delivery. The money was taken from my account immediately! The parcel has never arrived and despite many emails to them I have received no replies. As there is no way to contact them I am at a total loss as to how I get my money back.

I will NEVER purchase from Misgguided again - obviously, and advise no one else to as well.
