Great company to deal with. I had to make return. The next day I received an email to say that the money had been sent to my card. I had a query and customer services replied within 2 hours. Fantastic as some companies take 2 days or even weeks to reply. Well done and I would recommend you.
Hi it is always difficult buying for family and as I live in the highlands of Scotland mail order is the way to go.
I ordered a Montane jacjet and was told they were awaiting stock - they kept me informed and gave me the choice to cancel. The jacket came back into stock quickly and I received it in good time for Christmas. It was unfortunate that it didn't suit my sons needs and I had to return the goods.
I posted it on Saturday and by 12 o'clock Monday I received an email stating they had received the goods and sanctioned to refund.
A great result all round as they did not take off their original postage and it is only fair I pay to return the goods to them.
I will certainly use them again as the price was good and the communication from them was excellent.
