We have ordered food for delivery from most of the 'usual suspects', but Ocado beat all the others on customer care hands down.
Very rarely items are missing, they always keep you informed of when to expect your delivery, and what items are missing in advance (which is rare), so that you can decide whether or not you want their alternative selection.
The delivery people are always polite and courteous. And the bag labelling system is 2nd to none!
