Ordered 5 canvas's on 27th November, still no sign of them!
I did actually get a return email from a lady called Leigh who apologised saying they had been in-undated with orders, she reasurred me I would recieve my order by 23rd Dec, I'm still waiting!
This is a terrible way to run a business
I am still unsure if I will receive my orders, I just want to know wether I will eventually receive them or should I get a refund
I can understand if they are shortstaffed but please keep your customers informed of their orders
