Dolphin Music

item never arrived, barely an apology

My item got lost by the dreadful Yodel couriers that Dolphin Music use. Had to make multiple calls and send numerous emails to try and find out what was going on. Ended up requesting a refund, which was given, but "sorry we couldn't help you more this time" doesn't really cut it. No incentive to use Dolphin Music again, so I won't.
