Great customer service and products!

I have ordered a few things from here, and never had any problems. The site is easy to use and offers great deals on my Trail of Painted Ponies figurines. I received one item that was slightly damaged, and when I called, they did not have another on hand to replace it so they just substituted the next figurine on my list, even though it cost a few dollars more. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very apologetic and eager to make me happy again. I was bummed they didn't have the same figurine, but that will not stop me from shopping here agian.
