Wainting since 4.12.11. Take care. Money away... nothing arrived.

Since the 4.12.11 I m waiting for a lamp.
The only answer I receive since 2011, is that the product isn't arrived in the UK. Great...

I apologize for the wait you are experiencing on the delivery of your lamp and that you don't feel you have received proper information about the status.

As I would very much like to find a solution for the issue in regards to your order, I have tried to reach you by telephone today, but unfortunately, with no success. You are at this point entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund, if you do not wish to wait any longer.

If you are able to call me on (0045) 69 91 26 40 as soon as possible, it would be much appreciated. Otherwise, I shall try again at a later time.

Achtung keine Ueberweisung für CH

Es werden Gebühren von deren Bank verlangt. Sie müssen dann zusätzlich noch Gebühren zahlen, selbst bei Sepa Ueberweisungen.
Schon bei der Zahlung gab es Probleme jetzt bin ich gespannt ob die Ware durch den Zoll ankommen wird...

Der Kunde ist berechtigt, aber die Kosten abhängig von Banken nicht auf uns, leider.
Dies ist eindeutig auf der Seite geschrieben.
Aus diesem Grund, in der Kosten für die Lieferung übernehmen wir Rechnung, indem man vom insgesamt etwa 15 €.
Aber der Kunde weiß es nicht.
Vielleicht ist das unser Fehler!
Jedenfalls können Kunden entscheiden sich viele Möglichkeiten der Bezahlung.
Der Streit über die Qualität des Produktes ist überflüssig.
The customer is right, but the costs depend on banks not on us, unfortunately.
This is clearly written on the site.
For this reason, in the cost of delivery we take account of this by subtracting from the total about 15 euro.
But the customer does not know it.
Maybe that is our mistake!
Anyway customers can choose many ways of payment.
The controversy over the quality of the product is superfluous.
