Having returned a lens for repair under warranty, I am still waiting for it to be returned 6 weeks later. Emails have not been answered sufficiently with regard to information about the status of repair, and then I am told that it will take at least another 3 weeks until it is received back, in spite of asking for it to be returned by express courier.
Trying to get answers to emails is pointless, any reply I have had is limited to two lines telling me they cannot monitor repairs once sent to workshop!
Digitalrev maybe good for prices but my experience of customer service is that they are not set up for anything other then sales. I wouldn't use them again.
