When nothing goes wrong with the booking, Virgin are excellent. The site is easy to use and there are plenty of different options for the train fare.
The staff on board the train are generally very helpful.
However - when there is a problem, good luck in getting it sorted. Their customer service line is appalling and unhelpful.
Been with Virgin for 4 years now.
I had problems with the initial set up - but this was down to the engineers rather than their contact center.
Their packages are much more competitive than Sky.
Small gripe is the Virgin+ box has a tendency to freeze, crash, and take a long time to respond.
I have been on Orange for 4 years now and due to renew my contract again in summer 2012.
I have never had any issues with them. Their customer service is excellent and are happy to answer any questions I may have.
My only gripe - and it is small is that the signal can be a bit patchy - this has improved since the partnership with T-Mobile however is not always the case.
LateRooms.com is a fabulous site that offers every hotel imaginable! The user journey is seamless and easy to use. Their customer services are excellent - and based in the UK.
The hotel details are comprehensive and the star ratings are apt.
Really good for both last minute and for hotels up to a year in advance.
Would not go anywhere else :)
