I realy appreciated the personal service I received. When I made my first enquiry, I found the response supportive and helpful, and I felt I had someone I could speak to by email or on the phone if need be. I was able to submit my art work and receive assurance that what I had submitted was going to fit the format I wanted. Despite the fact that the Christmas shutdown came in the middle of my order process, I was surprised and delighted to receive my leaflets very promptly and earlier than I had hoped.
