We ordered a microwave grill oven on the 4th December to replace a broken one. Money was taken directly from our account and we were promised delivery within 5-7 days. After 10 days having had no communication re. product delivery, we called them to chase up the order. They were totally disinterested, made no apology, and said they were still awaiting delivery of the product. We expressed concern and asked for confirmation that we would receive the microwave in time for Christmas. We were told 'it should be just a few more days'. After several phone calls and no response, we then had to manage without over Christmas. One month on from placing our order, still no microwave and so we cancelled. We ordered the same product through Appliance House Ltd. who couldn't have been more helpful and delivered the next day. Unacceptable service and false advertising from Redhill!!
