I have shopped with Morrisons for very many years now the Shirley Solihull branch and have to say I have never had to complain once. Excellent products, good value for money, well organised, clean store, excellent customer service, helpfull friendly staff. I like their website with usefull recipes tips, etc. I like that they use British produce. I like their ethics. What more can I say except my only complaint is when I cannot get to my local store due to my location and transport issues and occasionally have to shop elsewhere. Excellent work Morrisons.
Would never shop again with this company. We purchased a fridge freezer over a year ago now requesting the item on BNPL terms. We then, a week or so later received the item and was happy to begin use. A month later we were billed and informed we would be charged monthly. I contacted the company right away to enquire as to why and was told the item wasn't available on BNPL terms. I enquired as to why we weren't informed of this before despatch and was told we did not enter the BNPL code. I can assure you 100% I did. I have referred the complaint to the ombudsman service and over a year later the dispute is still ongoing while incurring extra charges all the time. I appreciate that not all customers are eligable for BNPL, and also that these terms aren't available on all items, but as the item was despatched to us we used it in all good faith only to be billed under terms we did not agree to. It's the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I can see that others have had similar problems with codes on their site. Beware.
