Update: I can see you are reporting this site to some organizations. I also want to do so (still no communication with them or refund). Please, advise to whom shall I provide all the necessary information (I placed my order from Bulgaria and for sure I am not the only one in this position from my country). It is clear that we will never get our money back (our credit card issuers are not helping us for sure :(), but at least we can file our complaints and try to help!
My order was cancelled ten days after I made it. I know it was cancelled because I asked, they were not planning to infom me. Now one month after the cancellation I am sill waiting for the refund. Nobody is answering my emails!!!
I wonder if anybody managed to get their money back!
