i've spent hundreds of pounds with them over many years. This year, however, they have lost grip. Usual order for Christmas bulbs for all the family was acknowledged, but not fulfilled. Consequent e-mails, phone calls and letters from 26 December - 7 January were not answered, or not answered satisfactorily: was just told the order was not on their database: even though I have a letter to prove that they received the order.
Very quick service; heavy items (well-designed garden arches) securely packed; service mucy appreciated, compared with the slowness of other suppliers e.g. Thompson & Morgan (11 Christmas potted plants ordered in November and still not delivered).
